The
germ of wheat is the richest part of the wheat grain and its vital principle. True concentrate of nutrients, it is rich in proteins, vitamin E, thiamin, folates, cogitates, magnesium, iron, zinc and manganese. It is also a very good source of fatty-acids Omega-3, riboflavin, potassium, copper and sélénium.
The wheat germ is incorporated easily in all your dishes and allows you to supplement your feeding with the naturalness.
Use
2 to 4 spoonfuls with soup during the meal.
Children: 2 spoonfuls (20 G).
